About

Founded in 2015 by Pembrokeshire based business development specialist Claire Palmer, Dragonfly Project Delivery was initially established to provide quality Business Development solutions for companies linked to the marine sector.

CLAIRE PALMER, DIRECTOR

My work experience covers a variety of markets and working situations. The commonality that runs through all of it is that it takes people to make a business work. In order to help that business therefore, you need to understand its people and what makes them tick.

I spent the early part of my full-time employment as a contracted Researcher, with clients ranging from the Home Office to Premiership Football Clubs. This gave me a skillset covering: desk research, contact identification, business relationship development, qualitative and quantitative research methods, stakeholder engagement (including focus groups) and of course, report writing.

I am genuinely interested in the way people’s businesses work and in assisting them to make the right networks and decisions to achieve their own goals.

My brain works at high speed, which enables me to manage multiple contracts and deliver results quickly.

It doesn’t have to all be boring and staid. I believe that building good business relationships is important, in order to understand client needs and ensure that work is produced aligned to that organisation’s unique culture. I take the time to get to know the client and their processes and usually there are some laughs along the way!

I look forward to hearing more about your business and discussing how my Associates and I can help accelerate your plans and optimise your performance.
